Pre-Buy your propane for the upcoming year. If all pre-buy gallons are used before March 31 of the following year, the price reverts back to the current market price. Any unused dollars will be credited to your account – no refunds will be issued.

For a fee of $34.95, your price is guaranteed not to exceed the cap price. If the price goes down, your deliveries will be made at the lowest price.

Eligibility

All accounts must have a zero balance or credit balance.
Deliveries will be on a keep-full basis. No call-in or minimum deliveries.
These Programs are valid October 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027.
No other discounts apply (except customer-owned tanks); sales tax is an additional 4%.
Applebee Oil & Propane is not responsible for circumstances affecting pricing, such as acts of God, product allocations, or government rules or interventions beyond our control.
No verbal or phone enrollments allowed.
All agreements, down payments, and credit authorization forms must be completely filled out, properly signed, and returned to our office by August 27, 2026.
120-gallon tanks are eligible for any program at $0.10 more per gallon.

If you choose to participate in any of the Fixed Rate Programs from Applebee Oil & Propane, you agree to the terms of service and the terms of the specific service.

An additional credit/debit card processing fee of 2% will be added to all payments made with a credit or debit card.
